- The establishment should be registered under the EPF Act 1952.
- The establishment should have a valid LIN number.
- The registered establishment should have an organizational PAN.
- The company or business should have a valid bank account.
- It is mandatory for the establishment to submit ECR.
- The number of employees should increase on or after 1 April 2016.
- The PAN and LIN number of the establishment will be verified.
- The information of the new employee will be verified through the UAN database.
- The UAN seeded with Aadhaar number will also be verified.
- This verification will be done from UIDAI or EPFO database.
- The bank details of the appointee will also be verified through EPFO.
