Mangla Pashu Bima Yojana: The Deputy Chief Minister of the state Diya Kumari made an announcement about starting this scheme in the House during the budget announcement. Diya Kumari informed that in this scheme, insurance assistance of Rs 5 lakh each will be given for milch cows and buffaloes and Rs 1 lakh for camels.

Chief Minister Mangala Pashu Bima Yojana will greatly benefit livestock farmers. The Deputy Chief Minister also focused on the mission of camel conservation and development through the Animal Insurance Scheme. Mangla Pashu Bima Yojana Eligibility

  1. The benefit of this scheme will be given only to the residents of Rajasthan state.
  2. To avail of the benefits of the scheme, you must be a farmer or cattle breeder.
  3. In this scheme, only dairy cows of the native breed will be insured.
  4. In this scheme, a maximum of 2-2 dairy animals of every family will be insured.

No benefit will be given if poisonous grass or substance is eaten

In this scheme, the government has set a target of insuring 21 lakh animals by spending Rs 400 crore. In this scheme, insurance of Rs 5 lakh each will be done for milch cows or buffaloes.
